What’s Your Labor Rate?
We don’t have a fixed labor rate. Instead, we use a variable rate system. Every job is priced individually based on our expertise and trusted labor guides. We provide an “all-in price” upfront, including any options you can choose from. This approach helps us keep your costs as low as possible. Typically, most jobs range between $130 and $170 per hour.
Can You Install Customer-Supplied Parts?
Unfortunately, we can’t install parts you bring in. Our insurance policy doesn’t allow it, and we prefer using parts from our trusted vendors. This ensures we can offer you our 3-year/60,000 KM parts and labor warranty. Plus, we’ve seen too many headaches with customer-supplied parts—wrong sizes, defects, or missing pieces. When that happens, it’s up to you to fix the issue, which can delay the repair and increase costs.
Can My Vehicle Be Done Today?
It depends on the issue with your vehicle. Once one of our technicians has a look and figures out what’s needed, we can give you a better idea of the timeline. If it’s something straightforward, we’ll do our best to get it done the same day.
What Type of Oil Do You Use?
We use high-quality oil called Liqui Moly, purchased in bulk. You might not recognize the name, but it’s one of the best in the business.
What Brands of Parts Do You Use?
The parts we use depend on the job and the quality you’re looking for. Our goal is to get “the best quality for the best price,” always backed by a full warranty. We work with several trusted vendors to ensure we get you the best deal.
That Sounds Too Expensive!
We’d love to understand where you’re coming from. Our goal is always to deliver “the best quality for the best price.” If cost is a concern, let us know—we can explore more budget-friendly options. Just keep in mind, lower-cost alternatives might delay the repair and could come with little to no warranty. Let us know if warranty coverage matters to you.
Are You Open on Weekends?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. As a family-focused team, we value work-life balance for our staff, so we’re closed on weekends.
What’s Your Warranty?
We offer a full 3-year/60,000 KM warranty for personal vehicles. Fleet or company vehicles come with a 1-year/20,000 KM warranty. Limited warranty options include 90 days for labor and 1 year for parts. In some cases, no warranty applies. Conditions vary, so feel free to ask for details.
When Can I Drop Off My Vehicle?
You can drop off your vehicle anytime! Many of our clients use our after-hours drop box for convenience. If you prefer, you can bring it in between 8-9 AM and pick it up between 4-5 PM. If it’s ready earlier, we’ll give you a call.
How Do You Communicate With Customers?
We use a super convenient system that keeps you updated via text and email. Most of our clients prefer not to be interrupted by phone calls. Once our technician completes the initial inspection, you’ll get a link to your live work order. This will include findings, photos, videos, and recommended next steps. You can approve or decline estimates directly online. If you have questions, just let us know, and we’ll happily walk you through everything.
Do You Sell Tires?
Absolutely! We sell and install tires quickly—no waiting weeks like at some other shops. We’ll get you back on the road faster than you’d expect!
